Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery services in Malta and Gozo. Delivery times and fees vary depending on your location and order size.

Standard Delivery

  • Malta: 1-2 business days
  • Gozo: 2-3 business days
  • Free Delivery: Orders over €50 in Malta and Gozo

Delivery Fees

  • Orders under €50: €5 delivery fee
  • Orders over €50: FREE delivery
  • Remote areas may incur additional charges

Delivery Process

  1. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
  3. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time
  4. For rental items, our team will set up the equipment at your location

Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Delivery to apartment buildings: Please provide floor number and any access codes
  • For large items (playgrounds, trampolines), ensure adequate space for delivery and setup
  • Rental items require a delivery and pickup service (included in rental price)

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

1. Agreement By purchasing or renting from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Product Information

  • All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Age recommendations are guidelines; parents must assess suitability
  • Product availability is subject to change

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Special B2B pricing available upon request for bulk orders
  • Sale prices are valid while supplies last

4. Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank Transfer (for B2B orders)
  • Cash on Delivery (available for orders under €200)
  • Full payment required before delivery

5. B2B Accounts

  • Business accounts available with credit terms
  • Net 30 payment terms after approval
  • Minimum order quantities may apply
  • Volume discounts available
  • Dedicated account manager for orders over €5,000 annually

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancel within 24 hours of placing order for full refund
  • Cancellations after delivery are subject to our Return Policy
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

7. Returns & Refunds

  • 14-day return period from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging
  • Refund processed within 7 business days
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility (except defective items)
  • Opened items may incur 20% restocking fee

8. Warranty

  • Manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products
  • Defective items will be replaced or refunded
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
  • Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item

Rental Terms

9. Rental Agreement By renting equipment, you agree to:

  • Use the equipment safely and as intended
  • Supervise children at all times during use
  • Return equipment in the same condition received
  • Pay for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

10. Rental Periods

  • Daily: 24-hour period
  • Weekly: 7 consecutive days (maximum 2 weeks)
  • Monthly: 30 consecutive days (maximum 1 month)
  • Extensions available subject to availability

11. Rental Pricing

  • Rental fees are charged per period selected
  • Delivery and pickup included in rental price
  • Setup and installation included for outdoor equipment
  • Late fees apply: 20% of daily rate per day overdue

12. Deposit & Security

  • Security deposit required for rental items over €200
  • Deposit amount: 30% of item’s retail value
  • Deposit refunded within 5 business days after item return
  • Deductions made for damages or missing parts

13. Delivery & Setup

  • Free delivery and pickup included within Malta
  • Gozo deliveries: Additional €20 fee
  • Professional setup for trampolines, playgrounds, and large items
  • Delivery time must be coordinated in advance

14. Rental Conditions

  • Minimum Age: Adult (18+) must sign rental agreement
  • Location: Equipment must remain at delivery address
  • Weather: Outdoor equipment should be secured during storms
  • Maintenance: We provide clean, sanitized equipment
  • Inspection: Items inspected at delivery and pickup

15. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancel up to 48 hours before delivery for full refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • Reschedule once for free (subject to availability)
  • No-show on delivery day: Full rental fee charged

16. Damage & Liability

  • Customer responsible for equipment during rental period
  • Normal wear and tear is acceptable
  • Repair costs charged for damages:
    • Minor damage: Repair cost only
    • Major damage: Up to full replacement value
  • Customer must report damage immediately
  • Renter liable for third-party injuries or property damage

17. Prohibited Uses Equipment may NOT be used:

  • In public spaces without permission
  • For commercial events (B2B rental required)
  • By more users than recommended capacity
  • In unsafe weather conditions
  • With modifications or alterations

18. Early Returns

  • No refunds for early returns
  • If item is defective, full refund provided
  • We may offer credit for future rentals

Promotional Offers

19. Discount Codes

  • One promo code per order
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Expired codes will not be accepted
  • Minimum purchase requirements may apply
  • Not valid on rental items unless specified

20. Seasonal Sales

  • Sale prices valid while supplies last
  • Discounts applied automatically at checkout
  • Clearance items are final sale (no returns)
  • Sale items subject to availability

24. Indemnification Customer agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Improper use of equipment
  • Failure to supervise children
  • Violation of these terms
  • Rental equipment damage to property or persons

25. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

26. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be resolved in Maltese courts.

27. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
